At Nelson-Roman & Partners Surveying, Inc., we are more than a company — we are a team built on long-standing relationships, shared experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
The four of us have worked side by side from the inception of our careers, two of us for over 26 years. That kind of continuity is rare in today’s industry, and it’s one of our greatest strengths. We understand each other’s standards, work ethic, and expectations, which allows us to operate with precision and efficiency on every project.
Our two youngest team members started this journey with us when they were fresh out of high school/college, growing up around the profession and developing into skilled, dependable professionals through years of mentorship and hands-on experience. That foundation has shaped a culture rooted in loyalty, accountability, and pride in our work.
